We are a locally owned company in Peterborough, and we do not subcontract our work. Every building we clean is cleaned by our own employees, which means the people on our crews are the company as far as our clients are concerned.
Our crews work in all sorts of buildings across the city and the towns of the Kawarthas: a medical clinic one night, a school or a manufacturing plant the next. Our teams are trained and vetted, and the cleaning on each site is tailored to that building.
Management is here in the city. If something on your site is not working, you are talking to someone local about it.
What we look for
- Reliable, because a missed shift is a building nobody cleaned
- Detail-minded, the kind of person who notices the corner
- Respectful in someone else's space, with their desks and their privacy
- Able to follow the cleaning program for the site and the product directions
- Comfortable with after hours work in commercial buildings
- Willing to say something when a site needs more than the routine
Screening, uniforms, and ID
Our clients hand us their keys, and many of them are clinics, schools, and public buildings. A police background check is a requirement of working here, not an optional extra.
On site, our staff wear ServiceMaster Clean uniforms and ID badges, so anyone in the building can see who we are. Being identifiable and accountable in someone else's building is part of the work here.
