Our commitment

ServiceMaster Clean of Peterborough, an independently owned and operated franchise, is committed to serving customers, employees, and visitors with disabilities. We work toward this under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), which sets out how organizations in Ontario should identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities.

Information and communications

If you need information about our company or our services in an accessible format, such as a large print or plain text version, or if you would prefer to reach us by phone rather than in writing, tell us what you need and we will work with you to provide it.

Our website

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. If you come across a page, image, or form field that is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or another assistive tool, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
